Mr. & Mrs. Alexander
If these times have taught us anything, it is that love is powerful. Love can survive anything and with love on your side, life is full of adventure. From a pandemic proposal to a socially distanced wedding. Guided by love, Norissa and Evan said I do on a breezy October afternoon at the Plum Creek Golf Club in Carmel Indiana.
When I arrived to the golf club I was greeted by Norissa’s bridesmaids, eager to see their long time friends be married. Sharing a few moments in matching robes, the girls helped Norissa into her dress as she prepared to have a first look with her groom Evan.
Norissa and Evan’s first look was breathtaking. If you know me then you know that I am a big fan of first looks. I mean, I LOVE first looks. An intimate moment shared with your significant other before you walk down the aisle? Yes, please! First looks can help to calm your nerves and often mean more photos of the two of you!
A small wedding ceremony and reception, Norissa and Evan were married with their closest family and friends present. Hues of purple and magenta adorned the reception hall, with a rose petal aisle waiting for Norissa to be walked down by her eldest brother.
After the ceremony, family gathered for a meal and to celebrate the newlyweds with cake cutting and toasts. The newly married Mr. & Mrs. Alexander shared a first dance, right before whisking outdoors for a nighttime bubble sendoff!
